The service
CORTAL provides a subscription recruitment platform: employers describe who they need, and our system searches a central candidate pool, presents matching profiles, contacts candidates over WhatsApp with their consent, and coordinates interviews. These terms are an agreement between CORTAL and the subscribing company ("you").
Accounts
You must provide accurate company information, including your official legal name and commercial registration number. You are responsible for the actions of team members you invite and for keeping credentials confidential. Changes to your official legal identity are reviewed by our team with supporting documents.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in Saudi Riyals; prices exclude VAT. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. If a renewal payment fails and remains unpaid for 7 days, the account switches to read-only until payment is completed — your data is preserved. Usage limits are described on the pricing page; unlimited plans are subject to fair usage.
Acceptable use
Candidate data is provided for your genuine recruitment needs only. You may not scrape, resell, or bulk-export candidate information, contact candidates outside the platform’s consent-controlled channels for unrelated purposes, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Candidates
Candidates are not a party to these terms. We contact them only with consent, and they may opt out at any time. Hiring decisions are yours alone; we do not guarantee any candidate’s availability, accuracy of self-reported information, or acceptance of an offer.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and its branding remain our property. You retain ownership of the data you enter about your company and vacancies.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
